For our International friends, we always ship DHL eCommerce every Thursday of the week – each article will come with tracking to ensure the items get to you in a safe and timely manner.

For all Australian orders – we dispatch within 24 hours within receiving payment, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
International orders please allow an extra 5 working days, depending of which side the world you are from. We appreciate your patience.
Please consider all customs/duties tax laws in your country before purchasing – as soon as the item is dispatched we do not have any control over these. All customs/duties taxes will be paid by the buyer – all of our invoices will always reflect it’s true values.
Always keep an eye out on your inboxes (including spam folders) for notifications from your local customs offices. Most of our goods will be destroyed if it isn’t claimed within 7 days of notice in most countries – unfortunately there is very little we can do to help with this.

Most of our products are covered for manufacturing defects, and must be returned to us within 14 days of purchased (in original condition).
Although we do make sure that all products are checked prior to sending – we may of missed something that you notice! Usual wear and tear claims will not be accepted. Shipping & Handling charges apply.

To clean we recommend using a soft fiber cloth with just a drop of liquid soap in a cup of warm water. Wipe affected areas with the damp cloth until clean – dry with another cloth ensuring surface is free from soap water.
